Meats (Smoked and Grilled), Seafood (Smoked and Grilled), Vegetables, BBQ Pizzas and of course the Woods, Spice mixes, Rubs, Pastes, Marinades, and Sauces that make it all possible.
There will be some recipes, or reviews of recipes as I found them in books, on the internet or got them from friends. Other things will be shown but the recipe will remain a strict secret.
